One-on-one tutoring is ideal for fast learning, because a tutor can adjust to the student’s needs in real time.  This is impossible in a classroom and is difficult in a small group.

Tutoring eliminates the dallying and distractions that often occur when students study alone or with friends.  I aim to be friendly but serious, and most students respond by making a good effort to learn.

It is convenient.

I can meet at your home or at another suitable place that is convenient for you.

Although math, chemistry, and test prep are my specialties, I’m often able to help with other subjects, such as English, Spanish, Latin, and physics.  One session with me can cover two or three subjects.
